Worth MacMurray to Lead Coalition for Integrity

Washington DC, November 1, 2023:  The Coalition for Integrity (C4I) is pleased to announce that Worth MacMurray, who since July 2023 has served as its Interim President and CEO, has been appointed to the position of President and CEO, effective November 1, 2023.

Worth has deep experience in the areas of anti-bribery and corruption, transparency and accountability, compliance, good governance, and related areas. Among his roles, he has served as: general counsel for publicly-traded information technology companies in the United States; chief compliance officer in corporate regulatory crisis situations; a leader in the anti-corruption practice of PwC; and as an anti-corruption compliance program subject matter expert to the Special Outside Compliance Advisor to the Siemens Supervisory Board, among others.

In recent years, Worth’s work has included the assessment and certification of corporate anti-bribery management systems and other control frameworks. He was a participant in the US Technical advisory group sponsored by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) that worked with other countries to help create the ISO 37001 standard for anti-bribery management systems, has led overseas ISO 37001 training and workshops, and served as a lead auditor or subject matter expert on ISO 37001 certification and follow-up audits around the world for leading certification bodies.

Worth is a graduate of Princeton University (School of Public and International Affairs – with a concentration in Latin American Studies) and Georgetown University Law Center.

Lucinda Low, Chair of the C4I’s Board of Directors, said: “Worth has done an excellent job as our Interim President and CEO – advancing our policy and programmatic work through his expertise and relationships. We are pleased to have him continue in that role on a permanent basis.  While we had other strong candidates for the position, our Search Committee, led by former Board Chair and fellow Director (and former U.S. Ambassador to the OECD) Al Larson, and the Board of Directors, felt that Worth was the candidate best suited to help take the Coalition forward and further its strategic goals.”

“C4I’s mission – promoting integrity, transparency, and accountability in the private and public sectors – has never had more relevance or importance”, said Worth. “C4I intends to build on its impactful presence and respected work to date to positively lead and contribute to core rule of law, compliance best practices and other key integrity issues – both within the U.S. and internationally.”
